1. Orders & Payments

How do I place an order? Simply browse our collections, select your size, and click "Add to Cart." Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and choose your preferred payment method.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Can I change or cancel my order? You can change or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel it.


2. Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order? Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. If you are in a metro city, you might receive it sooner.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above [Insert Amount, e.g., ₹1999]. For orders below this, a small shipping fee is applied at checkout.

How can I track my order? Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email. You can also use our "Track Order" page on the website.


3. Sizing & Product Info

How do I know which size will fit me? We have a detailed Size Guide on every product page. We recommend measuring a garment you already own and comparing it with our chart for the perfect fit.

Will the color of the clothing look exactly like the pictures? We aim for 100% accuracy, but colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or your monitor/screen settings.


4. Returns & Exchanges

I received a damaged item. What should I do? We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video/photo, and we will send a replacement immediately.
