1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging intact.

  • The item must pass our internal Quality Assurance (QA) inspection upon its return to our warehouse.

2. Refund Methods

We offer two primary ways to receive your refund:

  • Original Payment Method: The amount will be credited back to the credit card, debit card, or prepaid wallet used during the purchase.

  • ARYFITS Store Credit: You may opt for store credit (via a gift card or coupon code), which is processed faster and can be used for future purchases on our website.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For orders placed via Cash on Delivery:

  • Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer (NEFT).

  • You will be required to provide valid bank account details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code) through our secure support channel.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Charges

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during "Final Sale," "Flash Sales," or from the "Clearance" section may not be eligible for refunds (unless they arrive damaged).

  • Damaged Returns: If a returned item is found to be used, stained, or damaged by the customer, the refund request will be rejected.

5. Processing Timeline

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned package, it typically takes 2–3 business days to complete the quality check.

  • Approval: Upon approval, we will initiate the refund immediately.

  • Bank Credit: For original payment methods, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

6. Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, the full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24–48 hours.
