1. Shipment Processing Time

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods (such as new collection launches or festive sales), processing may take an additional 2 business days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or through our logistics partner’s portal.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD services to most pin codes across the country.

5. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete (including landmarks). ARYFITS is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
6. Damages & Missing Packages

ARYFITS is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team within 48 hours with photos/videos of the package.
7. Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may be charged to send the package again.
