Return and Exchange Policy

At ARYFITS, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges below.

1. Eligibility Window

  • Returns: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Exchanges: Sizing exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags and labels must be intact and attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Items with stains, odors (perfume/detergent), or signs of wear will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and operational reasons:

  • Customized or personalized clothing.

4. The Process

  • Step 1: Email us at support@aryfits.in 

  • Step 2: Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable) or provide you with the shipping address.

  • Step 3: Our quality assurance team will inspect the item upon arrival.

5. Refunds

  • Once the inspection is successful, your refund will be processed.

  • Refund Method: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or provided as Store Credit (as per your choice).

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges (Sizing Issues)

If the fit isn’t right, we offer a one-time free exchange for a different size of the same style. If the desired size is out of stock, you may opt for a different product of equal value or store credit.

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos. We will replace the item immediately at no extra cost to you.
